Em primeiro lugar temos o quinto instrumento: o teclado, que conta com duas oitavas completas e teclas em tamanho natural, para que você treine os dedos em suas canções prediletas.

A notação na tela torna-se mais complexa, mostrando cada tecla e posição da mão em tempo real, exigindo que o jogador se adapte ao ritmo, enquanto aprende a tocar de verdade utilizando as duas mãos.

Mas as novidades não param por aí: todos os instrumentos passaram por remodelações, para ficar mais próximos dos reais. A bateria ganhou mais pratos, enquanto a guitarra ganhou cordas de verdade. De tal maneira, a notação foi transformada em algo próximo ao visto em tablaturas, com as casas representadas por números, sobre as cordas, passando de cima para baixo.

Haverá uma série de programas de treinamento, com velocidades e porções segmentadas, visando facilitar o aprendizado das canções. Por fim, aqueles que desejarem poderão utilizar os modelos anteriores dos instrumentos, na busca da pura diversão, sem ligar para a teoria posta na tela.
